Bill Beswick has lead the sport psychology field for over 40 years. As one of the founding fathers of the discipline he has coached, taught, guided and mentored countless teams, coaches, managers and athletes inspiring then to reach their full potential.

Bill Beswick is globally recognized as the father of football psychology. Bill has worked for Manchester United FC, the England Football team and the England Rugby team. He also spent five years as head coach of England’s Basketball team, which won a gold medal in the Commonwealth Games.
Tom says: “It has been my true privilege to have worked closely with Bill Beswick over the last 10 years of my career. In 2004 I was a young coach at the Centre of Excellence at AFC Bournemouth. During my time there Bill agreed to teach me some of the underpinning traits that great coaches possess. so that I could improve my own coaching practice.
Since then I have been continually inspired by listening, Learning and observing Bill work at the highest levels in sporting competition on the international stage.
Bill’s company Sports Mind is run with his wife Val. They have provided leading light resources for sports people, educational institutions and business organisations for over 40 years.”
