Performance Psychologist, UEFA A Licence Coach & Author Drawing on his pitchside and changing room experiences from behind the scenes in the Premier League and English Championship divisions Tom Bates invites coaches to journey with him and turn optimism, energy and inspiration into positive performance outcomes and results!

Lee Carsley
The Future Coach Speaker - Coach
Lee Carsley is a former professional footballer who is currently assistant coach for the England U21 team. In a playing career lasting 17 years, he played for Everton, Blackburn, Derby and Birmingham as well as representing the Republic of Ireland at international level. Lee is a UEFA PRO coach.

Steven Reid
Q & A Session
Steven Reid is a retired professional footballer who played right back as well as midfield. He began his career with Millwall in 1998, moving to Blackburn rovers five years later. After an initial loan spell, he joined West Bromwich Albion in 2010. He was capped 23 times at international level for the Republic of Ireland and scored two goals for them from 2001 to 2008. He was part of their squad at the 2002 Fifa World Cup. Steven is a UEFA PRO coach.
